Tan always joke with his friends: I went to the Colorado School of Mines in Golden for engineering, where I earned my B.S. and M.S. degrees. But now, I’m not back to pursue a Ph.D. Instead, I’m here to earn my PHO!
Growing up, my passion was always Pho, from the rich, fragrant aroma of broth simmered overnight, to the pure joy of sharing a warm bowl with family. That deep-seated love inspired me to create a place where everyone can enjoy Pho that is the perfect blend of Ngon (Delicious), Bổ (Nutritious), and Rẻ (Reasonably priced).
