Littleton Business Chamber

LBC member committees are created to engage members in LBC activities and interests. Committees include Women in Leadership, “Littleton Eatz” Restaurant / Hospitality Committee, Latino Business Committee, Community Engagement Committee, Littleton Young Professionals Committee and our Chamber Ambassadors.

Chamber Ambassador Networking Group

The mission of our Ambassador Program is to act as an extension of the Executive Director, reaching out to and warmly welcoming new members to the Chamber. Ambassadors serve as mentors, guiding new members on how to maximize their Chamber experience. They provide a friendly and familiar face at events, helping new members feel comfortable and included.

By fostering a welcoming environment and providing valuable guidance, our Ambassador Program plays a crucial role in ensuring that new members feel valued and supported as they embark on their journey with the Chamber.

Key Initiatives

  1. New Member Mentorship: Ambassadors pair with new members to o er personalized guidance and support. Conduct one-on-one meetings to understand new members’ goals and suggest relevant Chamber resources and events.
  2. Event Participation: Ambassadors are present at all major Chamber events to greet new members, introduce them to others, and work registration/check-in tables. Facilitate networking by connecting new members with potential collaborators and community partners.

Women In Leadership / Littleton (WILL)

Women in Leadership Littleton (WILL): The mission of the WILL committee is to enrich, empower, elevate, and educate women at all levels of their career through programs and events, professional development and advocacy leading to business success.

Key Initiatives 

  • Monthly Meetings, 3rd Tuesday of most months 4-5:40 pm. 
  • Quarterly WILL Book Club 5:30-6:30 pm 
  • Annual Philanthropic Event
  • Annual Spring Women’s Leadership Conference

“Littleton Eatz” Restaurant Committee

The mission of the “Littleton Eatz” Restaurant/Hospitality Committee is to foster a vibrant and sustainable culinary and hospitality scene within the Littleton community. We strive to support local restaurants, cafes, and hospitality venues by facilitating collaboration, promoting culinary excellence, and enhancing visibility through strategic marketing and community engagement. 

Key Initiatives 

  1. Monthly Meetings – 4th Monday of each month, 2:30-3:30 pm. Industry and community updates. 
  2. Restaurant Week – Boost business and community interest with an annual event offering special menus and promotions across participating venues. 
  3. Fundraising efforts. 
  4. Passport Program with BOGO specials May through September at participating venues.

Latino business committee

Vision: To empower and elevate the Latino business community by fostering collaboration, promoting entrepreneurship, and advocating for inclusive economic growth, creating a legacy of success, innovation, and opportunity for future generations.

Mission: Our goal is to empower and support Latino entrepreneurs by providing resources, networking opportunities, and a platform to address the unique challenges and opportunities within our business community. Monthly meetings will be held to connect, uplift and mentor our members.

Committee members: We invite Latino and Hispanic business owners, managers, and leaders of organizations who focus directly on supporting the Latino community to join us. After 3 meetings you will need to join the Littleton Business Chamber to participate.

Key Initiatives

  1. Meetings 4th Wednesday of every month, 9-10:30 am
  2. Create a scholarship fund to assist membership opportunities for Latino owned start-up businesses to join the Littleton Business Chamber to benefit from the Latino Business Committee, training workshops, leads groups, and networking events.
  3. Annual event during Hispanic Heritage Month 9/15-10/15.
  4. Meetings will be held in both English and Spanish
  5. Monthly speaker of presenter
  6. This will not be a sales or leads group, no sales presentation by speakers or members.

Philantropic Committee

The mission of the Philanthropic Committee is to empower chamber member non-profits by strengthening their business acumen, succession planning, and organizational sustainability. Through the exchange of best practices, targeted education, and strategic collaboration, we aim to equip non-profit leaders with the tools they need to operate effectively and sustainably. By fostering stronger ties between the business and non-profit sectors, we enhance community impact while promoting a culture of corporate responsibility within the Littleton business community.

The Littleton Young Professionals (LYP) $0 years and under, is a group dedicated to empowering emerging leaders through professional development, mentorship, and community engagement. LYP hosts events that are a great opportunity to meet new people, share ideas, and propel your professional journey forward. By providing valuable connections, resources, and opportunities, LYP supports young professionals as they grow their careers, expand their networks, and make a lasting impact in the Littleton community.
